Kirk would simply rig a photon torpedo with a kryptonite warhead.
Done deal.
Picard would try to negotiate.

My buddies and I used to have conversations like this when we were younger.
There's a lot to take into consideration.
Apart from the red/yellow sun, and kryptonite aspects, you also have ship's weapons, shields, and speed to think about.
The Enterprise travels many times faster than the speed of light.. Supes seems to top out either AT that speed, or well before (depends on which era Supes we are using) So the advantage might go to the Enterprise.
The Enterprise has extremely long range sensors. Supes has telescopic vision. So which would be the better of the two?
Phasers are apparently faster than light, so even if Supes can move that fast, there's still a chance he could get hit. Is he invulnerable enough to withstand that kind of energy?
etc etc
I can't say for sure who'd win*, but it would be an interesting fight!
* Well, I COULD. If it were in a Superman book, Supey would take the prize, if it were in a Trek episode/comic, the Enterprise would win.

Of course if we are working under the "Superman doesnt kill" stipulation, then the Enterprise wins. But JB threw that rule out iwth the bath water.
