Yeah, she's at a fair...actually another local festivals in Naperville, have some very decent entertainment...Skynard, REO Speedwagon, Heart...but the money that town has is ridiculous...they sponsor two a year.
That's if you can get in. My wife and I went to see Hootie & The Blowfish there a few years ago, and got there at around 4PM, the show was at 8PM.
When we arrived they had already stopped letting any more ppl onto the grounds, and there probably around 300 ppl waiting to get in! They said that there was mo guarantee that anyone else would get in for the rest of the night, and they were only allowing ppl in as others left. Meanwhile schoolbuses full of ppl were still being delivered at the gates from the various parking facilities around town. The fest has gotten way too big for the small patch of land that they have it on. Besides the ribfest, there's nothing else to do there. No rides, no crafts....nothing. Not to mention no shade to speak of if you're sitting in the hot sun all day waiting for the show. Someone I worked with went two years ago, to see The Beach Boys there, and she experienced the same thing as I did. She couldnt get in, even though she got there around noon!
The first time I went there was to see Foreigner in 2002. I had no problem getting in then, cause the fest crowd hadnt yet reached the epic porportion that it has now. I wont even attempt to go there ever again...
