To tell the truth, I don't think I like any of these choices very much.
Might be why I never much followed the Hulk comic.

The Hulk versus The Leader (and his giant robot) was the plot of the first comic I ever read and was probably the reason I fell in love with comics. I had to vote for him, even though...man, I love the U-Foes and the Bi-Beast...but yeah, The Leader got my vote.

When it's the raging mindless Hulk, I like the stories where Doc Samson is trying to take him down the most. He's not a bad guy or a villain, but he's definitely a foe of the Hulk.

I'm kind of the same way. I put down the Hulkbusters--the original military team that is. While I know you're supposed to sympathize with the Hulk, you've got to admire dedicated soldiers who are just trying to corral a dangerous superhuman menace.

Doc Samson I did kind of like. I'm with Bobson.

Thor, sometimes depending on the day you ask me, but usually Namor. My favourite comic ever is Hulk 118.

Yeah, those early Hulk and Thor battles were pretty good. And Subby and Hulk made for
very good friendamies. But maybe the correct answer is The Thing. Those, especially
in the early days of Marvel, were the epic battles. The Hulk was easily the stronger of
the two, but the Thing always had more heart and determination. I always wanted the
Hulk to be the strongest hero around, but even more, I wanted the Thing to be toughest
guy around: essentially the Irresistible Force vs the Immovable Object.

But I always thought that Thor could beat them both if he were prepared and also had his
storm-like powers and/or his hammer, Mjölnir. Thor should have several centuries of
fighting skills to go along with his strength, durability, and other assets.

(Wonder Man's date, warning him as he prepares to do battle with the Abomination) "He's dangerous! He's fought the Hulk!"

(Wonder Man, pausing to answer) "So? I've fought the Hulk. Almost everybody's fought the Hulk, his personality being what it is!"

The most interesting Hulk comics are the ones where other heroes fight him, aren't they?
It's funny with Thor - my answer to who should win, when I was a lad, was 'Well, Thor is a god'. Then someone pointed out 'So is Volstagg'...

I was going to go with Bruce Jones, but decided The Leader was a better choice.
