No need for a TPB. It was an expensive issue all by itself when it was released,
at nearly $10 I recall. I don't remember if it had a thicker cover stock or not. I
almost didn't buy it because the price was so painful. But I did like the Batman '66
comic, so I eventually did buy it. I also picked up the first five volumes of the
collections in hardback (only slightly more expensive than the trades).
As much as I hate trades, though, hardbacks on thin books like these tend to warp
over time if you're not nice to them. They should have included more issues per
volume. Alas.
