Weren't some of the tunes that Splinter recorded GH titles or how about the tune Mo (Mo Ostin) - or was that all from the Dark Horse era? Also Sunshine Life For Me and Photograph from Ringo - those would make for interesting extras.

Will they have the guts to release live material from the Dark Horse tour? It wasn't that well received critically (and Flo & Eddie were brutal about it on Illegal, Immoral & Fattening), but the band had quality people and certainly there must be something they could salvage. Or hell, just release whatever they have and say that it has "historic" significance. As I believe it was the first major tour by an ex-Beatle (I'm still trying to figure out what Paul was doing with Wings prior to his US tour), that alone should justify it and quiet the sonic purists.

Paul and Wings were touring the UK by bus, popping up on college campuses offering to play instant concerts. Paul wanted that spontaneity and randomness that fame often takes away.

If I'm remembering this correctly, a couple of years ago Olivia announced that Apple would be releasing a show from the 1974 tour. Unfortunately, it never materialized.
I'm in for this box.

If you're not nice
Bump: We have a cover image and very provisional pre-order links in the first post now. The box will consist of 7CDs (newly remastered versions of George's Apple albums), a DVD of previously unseen video, and a photo book.
Supposedly will be out on September 19th, but the listings are still in flux -- the American one hasn't gone live yet, the Canadian one isn't up at all, and the UK has an incorrect date. Let's keep watch. (The CDs are also due to be released individually.)

Bangla Desh - non-LP A side Deep Blue - non-LP B side (Bangla Desh) Miss O'Dell - non-LP B side (Give Me Love) I Don't Care Anymore - non-LP B side (Ding Dong, Ding Ding)
Assuming the extra appearances of "Dark Horse" and "This Guitar (Can't Keep From Crying)" are distinct single edits or mixes.

I believe that "This Guitar (Can't Keep From Crying" is the Platinum Weird version that somehow made it out on the internet (don't believe any other place) sometime in the mid 2000s.

Packaging looks like mini-LPs. I wonder if they'll recreate the die-cut cover of Extra Texture, and how much of All Things Must Pass will be duplicated (inner sleeves and poster?)
