I have read in 'Record Collector Magazine' that Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) is going to Re-Mix King Crimson's entire Catalogue in 5.1. Steven Wilson has shown how brilliant he is at mixing and recording innovative music, should be magnificent.

Great news (curious as to the media). I guess I'll hold off on the studio releases until later - recently got re-aquainted with KC, and appreciate them all the more. Have been focusing on the box sets and live releases up until know.

Though I should caution that Robert Fripp stated(in the 1990's) that the multitrack from "21st Century Schizoid Man" was stolen from Wessex Studios many years ago, so any surround mix of that song must be simulated.

Steven Wilson is a real workaholic--he's got time to remix the Crimson catalog, alongside recording and touring with P Tree and its many spinoffs!

Obviously these will be must owns for music fans of 5.1 sound!!

I hope Steve still tackles "Court" to the best of his abilities even though "21st's" multi-track may be missing.

I want to hear the title song in all its 5.1 glory (you hear a snippet of it in the movie "Children Of Men")

btw...Steve Wilson will release his first solo album very soon. A pre-order of his exclusive DVDA and book has already sold out at his website (only 5,000 made).
