Amy Holland (McDonald) releases her first new album since her 1983 sophomore album ON YOUR EVERY WORD.

It appears to be out of stock currently at CDBaby, but here's the link:

You can listen to 2 minute clips of each track, and she sounds terricific!

1 Don’t Lose Your Faith in Me
2 Backdown
3 Miracle River
4 Hate Love a Little
5 A Few Short Hours
6 Witness
7 You Move Me That Way
8 Everybody Wants to Be Your Friend
9 Surrender
10 Nothin’ Left to Believe In
11 Little Rebel
12 Honest Emotion

I was looking at CDBaby earlier today, and I noticed that this album was ranked #4 for last week. I haven't heard any of the samples yet, but I am intrigued. Good find!

Both of Amy's Capitol albums were available on CD from Magic Records in France in 1999. I seem to recall they were also released somewhere else, but don't remember where! Incidentally Magic Records is still in existence, but the Amy Holland titles are not listed in their catalogue...

I own her first cd, released by Magic as previously noted. I did not get her second release, which I have on vinyl and found to be much weaker than the first.
