These are not live albums. This is their new studio album, split into two volumes. It's also available as a deluxe edition through their website (marillion.com).

More good news is that, unlike their previous special-editions, this one doesn't have extra tracks. So if you just want to hear the music, the standard editions will suffice. The special edition has lyrics & deluxe packaging, but I'm not sure that's worth the $20 extra it would cost.
