I can only enter 15 options in the poll, so some other candidates are:
Thunderball - Tom Jones License To Kill - Gladys Knight The Man With the Golden Gun - Lulu From Russia With Love - Matt Monro Never Say Never Again - Lani Hall Surrender - k.d. lang (Tomorrow Never Dies) Where Has Everybody Gone - Pretenders (The Living Daylights) Casino Royale (1967) - Herb Alpert Moonraker - Shirley Bassey Diamonds Are Forever - Shirley Bassey You Know My Name - Chris Cornell (Casino Royale, 2006)
"The name's Bond...Jimbo Bond."

A View To A Kill, by a wide, wide margin for me.
Runners-up are You Know My Name and Live & Let Die.

"Live And Let Die," with "A View To A Kill" second.
The worst by far was Madonna's "Die Another Day."

I voted for Carly, but it was very close among several choices: Duran Duran, Dusty Springfield, "Goldfinger," and Nancy Sinatra are all right there.

I'm a huge McCartney fan but I think James Bond themes should always be sung by females. I voted for Carly.

"Live And Let Die" gets my vote. "A View To A Kill", and "Nobody Does It Better" get honorable mentions.

As much of a Sir Paul supporter as I am, I had to give it to "Goldfinger" -- Shirley Bassey's performance is pure gold.
And "A View To A Kill" is easily my least favorite. Eugh. There's not enough lye in the world to scrub the stink of that turd off.

I love Live And Let Die, but the best Bond song I think is The Spy Who Loved Me. Nobody does it better.

"Goldfinger" - Shirley Bassey
Gets my vote for best song AND best Bond movie.
My runner-up choices are "Live and Let Die" (song) and "From Russia With Love" (movie).

I voted for "Live and Let Die". A fairly easy choice, for me. Best Bond tune, and best McCartney tune without the Beatles. Other favorites would be "Nobody Does It Better", "Goldfinger", and "Where Has Everybody Gone?" by The Pretenders. The last is unduly overlooked, I think, since a-ha had the official main song for that movie, "The Living Daylights". Which was also not bad. Really, that movie had one of the best soundtracks overall, with two excellent pop songs (naturally I'm skipping the sappy third pop song, "If There Was A Man"), and a masterful score by John Barry. I think only On Her Majesty's Secret Service rates higher for overall soundtrack. Because if you really must have a sappy pop song, Louis Armstrong kicks everyone else's ass. Of course that brings up another point. Apparently "song" here means "pop song (usually sung during the main credits)". The Bond movies have plenty of other kickass music (of the non-vocal variety) . First and foremost, there's the James Bond Theme. And its many variations. Followed by On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Bond '77 and many others. John Barry kicks major ass here, but the contributions of David Arnold, Marvin Hamlisch, and others should not be overlooked. This is where OHMSS really shines. Forget the pop songs, and listen to the music, I say!

Without hesitation, "We Have all the Time in the World" from the best Bond movie, OHMSS.
I need to get the OST of Tomorrow Never Dies, because kd lang's song on there is superior to Sheryl Crow's title song.

It's "Sophie's Choice" time again, for sure. "Nobody Does It Better" in a coin flip win over "Live and Let Die." But the latter will always be my favorite Bond movie.
I love almost all of the Bond themes (From Russia With Love and Never Say Never Again being the slackers). There are always several on my iPod playlist for the gym (a-ha, Lulu and Chris Cornell at the moment, I think).
Also a big fan of "Shaken & Stirred: The David Arnold James Bond Project" with Aimee Mann (Nobody Does It Better), Chrissie Hynde (Live And Let Die) and Martin Fry (Thunderball).

I've got to go with Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass on "Casino Royale" and Tom Jones on "Thunderball" as the runner-up. Yeah, baby!

Goldfinger. When I think "James Bond Themes", that's what jumps to mind. Not that I don't love a few of the others.

"Goldfinger". It's the Bond song that typifies Bond songs for me.

"All Time High" by Rita Coolidge. Maybe because "Octopussy" had one of my all-time favorite film scores, easliy one of the best scores of the Bond flicks--one of my favorite CD's.
I also liked the name of the movie.
