Juggernaut briefly appeared in the latest issue of Xmen Legacy (213/214?) by Mike Carey/Scott Eaton - just for a page or two - he is seen resisting a psychic attack/possession (via his helmet of Cyttorak) and promises the attacker (who he does not know turns out to be Mr. Sinister) that he will come and make him pay for what he's trying to do. The story then follows Xavier as he succumbs to Sinister's attack.
