I must've overlooked this back in '06. Is the band down to only one original member (per the cover photo)? Hopefully, it's the vocalist? Anyone get this and can comment on whether it's worth acquiring?

It is indeed Nick Van Eede, the vocalist, with an otherwise completely new line-up. As I recall, it was originally released as a self-titled CD by the band, which was then calling itself Grinning Souls. But when that went nowhere and the '80s tours like Here & Now came calling, Grinning Souls became the name of the CD and the band became the new incarnation of Cutting Crew.
