I got a 65%

Truth be told, it's better than I thought I would get.

I got 7, 13, 14 and 19 wrong. So, I got an 80. I have the potential of being a good citizen with a little bit of effort. :-)

I tended to do poorly on questions that had to do with numbers.

How many Supreme Court Justices, How many years is a Senator elected for, How many house representatives, etc.

I was also told I was well on my way to being a good citizen with a bit more effort.

I got 75% - because I kept second guessing myself. And between Maine and New Hampshire it was 50/50.

I got 85%.

I got #2 wrong (partially because I thought it asked about the Declaration Of Independence... but I probably would have gotten it wrong anyway), #7 (I know it's a bunch), and #19 (I haven't been paying that much attention to the Court lately). Thought the test was pretty freakin' simple. If I had time to study for it, I probably would have gotten a 100.

Wasn't Maine part of Mass. at the beginning? I know it was, but I can't remember if it had broken off before or after the formation of the country.

Okay, so Maine *was* a part of the union, but under the thrall of the Massholes. They didn't achieve independence until 1820, when they became the 23rd state.

I emailed the link to 12 co-workers.

So far, 6 have replied with their scores.

My 65% is the best score so far.

As to what that says, I don't know. But it's interesting.

It says that you're deliberately hanging out with people stupider than you to make yourself feel superior. Asshole.

I hang out with uglier people too.

Hence my talking to you.

Two more results in from my co-workers.

A 50%, and a matching score of 65%.

90% here. I forgot who the chief justice was and how many amendments were in the Constitution.

90% and I'm a bit embarrassed. I missed the only two questions that gave me any trouble. I forgot the current Chief Justice's name and I was wrong on the number of amendments to the Constitution.
