I consider myself a low-level beer snob. I like good beer. I try new beer constantly. I've easily had over 600 different beers, and have had probably 150-200 different brews in the last two-three years alone.

And I like a Corona on a hot summer day. Which is, I think, probably lame. But I like it. It's very refreshing.

Acceptable.

There are some good Mexican beers that are great for a change of pace. Two of my favorites are Pacifico and Negro Modelo.

Acceptable, now if you switched to Zima or Bartles and James. Than I think we can make fun without remorse.

I haven't had Pacifico, but we do get Negro Modelo around here and it's not a bad little beer. Not very robust, but it's got a diffeent edge than traditional American ales and lagers.

Brahma FTW.

Light, refreshing, no bitter after bite. In the local bars here they serve them with a slice of lime and a slice of orange.
But unlike Corona, they are tastey without any fruit.

And the bottle is sexy.

Corona and Heineken are the two beers that I'll drink.

Generally the whole idea of fruit in beer turns me off, but it seems to work well with Corona.

An unusual but EXCELLENT combo is a beer called Oberon Ale from Bell's Brewery in Michigan. It's a summer brew, and the best way to drink it is with a slice of orange.

Yeah, I scoffed at first, too, but wow. So good.

It's acceptalbe to have a Corona with a lime every now and then, as long as you drink some of the really good stuff later.

Corona (with or without lime) is good stuff.

I really like it while eating spicy foods. They compliment each other quite nicely.

Beer is GOOD! Corona (must have lime) is GREAT on a hot summer day. Not as good as Hoegaarden though. Yum!

Lame.

Drink Negro Modelo. Dont put a lime in it.

If you want a lime, drink a Margarita or a Mojito. Or, if you are drinking for effect in a Kamakaze (a personal favorite, by the pitcher, if you please!)

Hot summer day - drink whatever you please. There are no rules and no one is watching.

I don't drink alcohol anymore, but I do have fond memories of Corona. Guess my tastebuds weren't too advanced.

Hoegaarden with lemon is fine, but Hoegaarden with orange is fantastic.

Corona: totally acceptable. Hoegaarden with orange: totally more than acceptable. Hmmm... there must be someplace in Atlantic City that serves a Hoegaarden, right? Who's up for IMWAN Boardwalk Happy Hour on Sat., July 26?

I'll have one of Todd's mojito's, too. Make the mint leaves fresh.

Corona is good beer. Nothing to be ashamed of, Taft. Right now I enjoying Carolina Blonde from a local brewery in Lake Norman, NC.

When it comes to beer, I am very much the same as I am when it comes to music.

I like what I like, beer and music snobs be damned.

I don't believe Fruit belongs in beer. I also don't think Corona is a very good beer, although as an Ale man, it could be I'm biased.

On a hot summer day, if I have to have a drink with fruit in it, give me a daquiri, please. In a fishbowl.

But I'm with Chris - like what you want to like, and to hell with society.
