I really have no idea now, part of me thinks it may be Rolo Lamkin (sp?) which I hope isn't true.

At this point, I can't even speculate. But you have to think it was/is someone somewhat out of the picture, since they didn't hear the siren call. And they do seem to group together, so Sol's wife?
Calley is an interesting thought, tho.

I did think Ellen. But I thought she's too similar to Six, personality-wise.

I just hope the big reveal makes sense and doesn't dissolve under tight scrutiny. Fingers crossed.

Starbuck seems the most likely now. Roslin has been sort of discredited as a Cylon. But we'll see.

The four choices I'd have are Admiral Adama, Roslin, Baltar or Kara Thrace. Thrace is the best option since she has had some weird things occur in the past. That she married another Cylon would screw with that concept though. But a marriage between two Cylons is an interesting idea. At least I think it is.

If it is one of the supporting characters that's lame. At this point it'd be coming from out of left field. Which is fine for the otehr reveals. But the final one has been built up and built up some more.

Great episode this week. I loved how Baltar stirred things up with the Cylon Centurion. Just a lot of great moments for all the characters. Shame we are going to have to wait a while for the final batch of episodes. And the movie and the prequel series.

Going by the previews, I'm not sure D'Anna knows.

As an only occasional viewer of Battlestar Galactica I have a question. Is there some physiological difference between a Cylon and a human? There must be some kind of mechanism that allows them to resurrect and hear weird psychic music and what have you. But the Cylons seem to pass completely for humans.

If you were human and found someone who was a Cylon passing as human, wouldn't job number one be to you examine her until you could see what the difference is so that you're not, I don't know, accidentally giving command of your military to a Cylon? Even DS9, which doesn't have all the critical cred of BG as "the most intelligent show on TV," did this with their doppleganger race ASAP.

Or is there (impossibly) no physical mechanism at all for Cylon abilities and the show only really works on the metaphorical level?

The Cylons have that whole spine-glowing-red-during-sex thing, so there must be physiological differences. Dr. Baltar made a Cylon detector early on, but was waffley with the results (he lied for his own reasons) and about his methodology.
After a certain point, the humans knew what the different Cylon models looked like, so detection wasn't so much of an issue. Then come the hidden final five. Hmmmm.

Baltar's method did seem to work, but no one trusted that it did.

The differences seem to be very small, small enough that they haven't really been found out (except the spine glowing, which was moronic, and which they haven't showed since the first season).

And the disease that only affects Cylons. The Battlestar doctor cured it though.
