AND NOW, A MESSAGE FROM DR. CHRIS EVIL, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF "BLUDDRAYGE.":

I regretfully announce the departure of Mark as scripter supreme of Bluddrayge. Mark had differences of creative opinion with creator Linda B and myself. The departure is an amicable one and if Mark says otherwise, he'll be in violation of the agreement he signed with our lawyers. The project will proceed with an as-yet-unnamed scripter and we have every confidence that Bluddrayge will be the, ahem, rage of 2008!

CHAPTER ONE - "They Saved Batgirl's Brain!"

The now disconnected and decapitated brain of Barbara Gordon has merged its consciousness with that of a super computer. Now known as Kazzandra, her main goal is to get revenge on The Joker, who paralyzed her with a gunshot. After capturing him and tying him up in a chair, Kazzandra decides it's time to let The Joker know who she really is.

KAZZANDRA
Before I eradicate you, I want you to know who killed you. Before you shot and paralyzed me, I was Barbara Gordon. And Barbara Gordon...was Batgirl!

JOKER
(laughs) Oh, that's rich! They saved Batgirl's brain! BWAH-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!

KAZZANDRA
Laugh all you want, Joker. While you still can.

JOKER
Oh well Babsie, at least we know I'll die with a smile on my face! BWAH-HA-HA-HA-HA--

A pair of mechanical arms emerge from Kazzandra and crush the Joker's naughty bits.

JOKER
--OWWWWWWW!!!!

KAZZANDRA
What's the matter, Joker?? Underoos a little too tight??

JOKER
(in writhing pain) Oh, now that hurts!! (a pause) So, what are you waiting for?? Finish me off! Kill me!

KAZZANDRA
(after a pause) Nope.

JOKER
What??

KAZZANDRA
I was going to kill you, Joker, but then I realized...when all of your fellow supervillains learn that you've been spayed and neutered, you'll be the joke of the criminal community. Who's laughing now, herr Joker??

JOKER
We'll see who has the last laugh, Auntie Grizelda!!

The Joker grabs a stray electrical cable and touches it with a coin, letting out a last maniacal laugh as he fries himself. The Joker collapses to the floor, his famous rictus grin intact.

KAZZANDRA
Well, what do you know? The Joker did the right thing. Chalk one up for the librarian!
