Expanded re-issues are being released of four CD's by the Mighty Lemon Drops, featuring bonus tracks selected by guitarist David Newton : World Without End (+8) from 1988, Laughter (+8) from 1989, Sound (+9) from 1991, and their final studio album 1992's Ricochet (+9)

Siren Disc is listing these as "Expected Release Date: 12-May-08", but Amazon shows June 10, 2008 so your guess is as good as anyone's at this point

I have it, very flat transfer. Best wait for the new reissues.

Thanks Rick, I do plan on getting the reissues of the last 4 LP's but want the original album plus EP as well. It is not part of these new reissues by the looks of things.

I wonder if Cody's Rock & Roll Again will have Steal That 7-11 restored? It was on the first pressing of the LP, & was removed from subsequent pressings due to threat of a lawsuit from 7-11. It's by far the best song on the album. I BELIEVE this is the 1st cd issue.

Yes & Yes. The song refers to convenience stores having, um... high prices. The chorous goes "Steal that 7-11, or let them steal from you". The 7-11 chain was not pleased at the time. Perhaps the lawsuit was dropped due to the 7-11 chain being sold several times in the last 30 years, or maybe nobody but me even remembers it after 30 years!

why won't wounded bird do a two-fer (or 2 singles)of the great lost nicolette larson albums,"say when" and "rose of my heart".

i fear these 2 albums are heading towards being gone forever.
