Can't wait for this and the Indiana Jones Lego video game too. I'm buying it "for the kids" for the Wii.

Been looking forward to this for a while.
Want it quite badly.
Hopefully will have a Wii or a 360 by then.

The Lego Star Wars games were so much fun and perfect for the kids and dad alike. This one goes to the top of my Christmas list.

Word on the street is that there will be no references whatsoever to the Nazi party in the LEGO Indiana Jones game.
Thoughts?

Doesn't matter to me. They should have red armbands with a white circle at least though. This game is intended for kids who haven't learned about WW2 in school yet.

Thoughts? Are they just going to be generic German soldiers, or are the storyline elements featuring them going to be dropped altogether? If it's the former, I'm cool with it. The latter, I do not like. I was looking forward to seeing the Nazi airplane mechanic shatter into a million Lego pieces when the plane propeller hits him.

Disrespectful to the Lego genre.

http://www.legobatmangame.comYou can find the demo to the PC game there. Just played through it and it was highly enjoyable. Need to pick this up before too long. The LEGO games are currently the only ones I seem to be able to find the time to finish. In a departure from the other LEGO games, you have hero and villain levels. The Joker/Harley Quinn level is pretty neat... the Batman/Robin level is pretty much what you'd expect (lots of alley ways and rooftops). Takes a little getting used to the new features (and it always takes me a while to remember which buttons do what). I really wonder what they'll do next. I figure a LEGO Harry Potter game will happen before too long. I would love to see a LEGO Doctor Who game, but I know that would never happen. It would be great fun to see what sort of different moves they'd give each Doctor. LEGO Star Trek (TOS) would be a blast, too.

We have the Wii version in the closet waiting for Christmas. And yes, I agree that Lego Star Trek (TOS) would be awesome.

This is a great game with a lot of replay potential!
I rented it for a week and it is still on my Christmas list! Makes me want to check out the other LEGO games too...

They're all a blast. The very first (Star Wars Episode I-III) is probably the weakest of the bunch, but only because the others topped it, not because it's a weak game. You play it and you almost want to watch the movies, because they had so much fun making Obi-Wan the ass-monkey. Like a fight breaks out, he can't get his light saber to work. He shakes it, hits it, then it finally comes on... and the fight is over. And you General Grievous is so fucking cool to fight with... and you can even use him in the Original Trilogy.
One of my favorite bits is the Useless Characters you can add to the mix in The Original Trilogy. Mostly it's droids and such, not quite worth the effort, then you see Han Solo... in carbonite... hopping around with the ability to do absolutely nothing. And the "Luke, I am your father" scene is classic in mime.
