That is some seriously impressive Phototshop work (said the complete and total layman).
I for one would like to know what Hugh thinks of this.

Well, for some of those "plagiarism" seems exaggerated. Most of the books were published by DC after all, and I presume they own the rights. I thought it was well-known that Sandman took a whole slew of elements from earlier DC works, including House of Mystery and House of Secrets. Many of these elements had been picked earlier up by Alan Moore and used again by Gaiman. I haven't read the vast majority of the original works, so I don't know just how much was taken. But I think it's safe to say that Gaiman added a little bit to the mix when he came along. As for "Adventures of the Fable Folk"' , again it's clearly a DC comic. I'm not familiar with the source, but I'm sure the copyright holders know damn well what's going on here. It would be nice if they publicly noted the origins of the concept and gave some credit to the original writer. But, well, as long as there's signigicant new material from Willingham, it's basically an updating of the concept. Fine with me.
Two of the books are from some other publisher, looks like "ID" maybe? I'm not familiar with them. But "Yorick: The Last Man on Earth" - well, I have to guess that the rights to that also rest with DC, or there would be an obvious lawsuit waiting to happen. I mean, if BKV were plagiarizing, surely he'd at least have changed the character's name? ("Yorick" is so common after all.)
It would be interesting to read the originals here and see just what they are like...

That Cinderella one was later swiped for a couple of Superboy covers.

So anyway, on topic, that link was pretty dark cool. The first cover me. I thought it was totally legit. Didn't seem all that far-fetched, after all. I knew it was a gag by the second, but what a great gag it was. Nice job, whoever put those together.
