yes, looks fun (although I already have the annual. Seems odd not to have an artist to announce by solicit time though. That is happening more and more often...

Thanks for the posting Steve! Double thanks for correcting the misspellings of my name. There's a least one other error in that solicitation, though...the page count. The new story that I'm writing is 29 pages long, and the reprinted story is 35...that's 64 pages, not counting ads. (I wonder if the price is right.)

Nice Gary Frank cover...

And my editor has a couple of artists lined up...tell you more when I can. (Not to worry, I designed the plot so that art will change with scene changes.)

Should be big fun.

So it's kind of like a jam book? Are there more than two artists?

Apparently, a character from back when Uncle Rog wrote the Hulk. Some long-haired hippie type. I'd never heard of him either. But now I guess I'm going to have to check this out. Congrats, Uncle Rog!

Me buy this. My favorite aspect of the Hulk's character is the "is he a hero or menace" tension. Sounds like Fred is going to be covering that territory with multiple people's experience.

Is it me or does it seem odd that they took the Hulk away right when he was peaking in popularity and sales? Same thing with Cap? What's with this strategy at Marvel?

Sounds like a must-buy, I have the annual, but an extra copy I don't have to dig out of a box to read is a good thing(and the price is right)! :ohyes:

Wow..looks amazing..count me in for this!

Great to see you back at Marvel Uncle Rog! How did this project come about? Did they contact you or did you pitch this?

Hopefully we'll see some more Marvel work from you in 2008!
