Who would make a better strategist:The America sentiniel, the Dark Knight or The Smartest man Alive?
Capt. America has decades of military training and experience. Batman, of course has a plan and counter plan for everything. But Ozymanidas is the worlds smartest man. Who would out think the other two to come out victourous?

Captain America is the best at planning on the fly, in the heat of battle. Batman is a great planner when it comes to thinking of what might happen, and preparing for it ahead of time. Ozymandias is probably the better strategist, but his arrogance is his Achilles' heel.

Captain America is more of a tactician (That's one reason I'm convinced that in a stand-up fight with Batman he'd have the advantage--none of this diplomatic fighting to a tie business!) than a strategist. He's a fighter, not a planner.

I once read a Watchmen fanfic in which Ozymandias committed suicide a couple of years after the end of the series, overwhelmed with guilt over his actions. I loved it.
