Okay, it was an admittedly very early snowfall, catching a lot of people off guard. But, it is all gone now (while we do get snow in October, it usually isn't very much at any one time...except this year...and the first snow that will actually last doesn't usually happen until November 10th or so. Right around Rememberance day).
Around Morden and Pilot Mound (south and west of Winnipeg), it got pretty deep, closing highways and such. I think it is pretty much gone out there as well, though.
So, on the 6th, there shouldn't be any snow. Or not much. It will be cold though. Can't do much about that ...
