Bond. Yes, his life is an empty, shallow, hollow parade of killing and sex with beautiful women, but I'd gladly take that over a life driven and defined by tragedy.
Plus, there's the sex with beautiful women.

There's also the exotic locations to consider - How often does Bats get to go to Acapulco or even San Monique, for that matter?
There's also the sex with beautiful women, a subject that's hardly even begun to be explored in this thread.

Need to define the eras - I'd choose the Connery Bond over most eras of Batman, except the ONeill/Adams version, or the current Batman from Batman #667-668 (Morrison's version is really taking off for me in the last two issues - I like this 'Batmen of many Nations' arc).

Julie Madison, Vickie Vale, Silver St. Cloud, Selina Kyle, Talia... Bruce gets his share. And only two of them have tried to kill him, as opposed to 90% of Bond's chicks.
And I don't see Batman life as being defined by tragedy. His motivation being inspired by? Yes. His life defined by? No.
