I am using this thread as an online petition to convince Taft to burn his shirt.

It is a horrible shirt.

It is brown plaid.

It is offensive to the eye.

It makes the eye sore.

It is an eye sore.

It must be destroyed.

For those of you who have not felt your innards lurch at it's revolting disgustingness yet, I present exhibit A, the offending article:

Image
*Taft's identity obscured to protect the innocent
**note that the shirt he is wearing on top is NOT the offending garment, although he will try to tell you that it is. It is the shirt beneath. The shirt of a much older man. Perhaps purchased in a K-Mart in Boca Raton.

So, this online petition has been created with the goal of ridding the world of this heinous piece of cloth.

If you would like to add your voice to this protest, please make your mark in this thread. Your name, an "x", in fact, any keystroke entered in this thread should be considered one in favor of destroying the shirt.

Thank you for your time, and please think of the children.

That's cool the way you photoshopped 200 pounds off of him. The smiley face would have been enough to protect his identity, you know!

Linda's participation in this thread is an indication of her hatred for Taft's shirt. Pay attention IMWANkers, and follow the example of the librarian. Sign this petition.

And how you photoshopped the ground not bending under him was truly inspired.

The Judges back Taft's shirt. Maybe it's like that special pair of underwear that every guy has. You know - thread bare and hardly being held together, but DON'T you dare try to throw them away!! They're comfortable.

I like the shirt. All 3 of them.
