Tough call, but if Iron Man wanted to play dirty he could pick up Cappy, make sure he didn't have his shield and drop him from a few miles up.

I'm doing a tournament guys, so get your coolest suggestions in if you care to. We already have Spidey beating Batman and Green Lantern beating the Flash. This is going to be run in a similar fashion to Mahooney's tough guy contests.

That particular armor is cooler than Cap's outfit. There have been some pretty ugly and/or ridiculous versions of the armor over the years, but that one's a winner.
