I'm trying to burn a compilation/sampler DVD for a friend of a few episodes of an old show, but it'll be episodes from different discs. Anyhow, the DVD Shrink program isn't letting me put all the files in one folder to save for burning later. Keeps wanting to overwrite the episodes I saved from the prior discs every time that I save files from a new disc.

So I start saving them in different folders to avoid this problem and then the program wouldn't recognize but one folder's contents at a time.

Then I try to change the file names and put them all in one folder and then... it's saying it won't work to burn because the file names are wrong! ARGHH!

(For some reason I thought the DVD players would just recognize type, so the file name wouldn't matter.)

I was looking at Nero and I'm thinking it might be able to recognize all of the files at once... but still not counting on it. They save under the same file names every time you back a disc up.

Ughh... anybody have any solutions for me to try. This is my first time trying to burn a video DVD. Thinking some others have probably overcome this and could help.
