Gotta disclose some new finds:

Haagen Dazs flavor: Caramel Cone. This stuff is crack soaked in crack juice. It's got caramel, plus chips of waffle cone that are themselves coated in chocolate. They don't have it everywhere -- I get it at Publix here.

The caramel connection of the above flavor caused me to try a new flavor of Klondike Bar: Caramel Pretzel. The slight (ever so slight) touch of salty from the pretzel combines with the caramel molecules -- sit down when you try.

And I think my strong man-love for Coke Zero is well documented elsewhere.

Hi. My name is Stephen, and I would like to introduce you to the most heavenly delicious bottled juice in the world:



Italian Volcano Orange Juice: made from the juice of blood oranges grown near Mount Etna, imported to the U.S. by Dream Foods International, and sold on the shelves at Trader Joe's. Imagine the sweetest fresh-squeezed orange juice you've ever tasted... and then mix it with the richest grapefruit juice you've ever tasted. This stuff is INTENSE. It kicks you in the head and kisses the bruise better all at the same time. And I tell you, I could down two bottles of it a day.

I'll bet you could make incredibly satisfying cocktails with it. But I don't know first-hand. Because when I buy it, all I want to do is DRINK IT RIGHT NOW.

I never thought this thread would promote tofu-related foods. I know how Alfred Nobel felt when his dynamite invention was used for death and destruction.

it is truly the most stunning drink anywhere, i totally agree.

I'm not a tofu fan by ANY means but these are better than any ice cream counter-part that I've ever tasted.

Um...I like water with ice cubes in it.

I imagine it's even better right there, fresh from the squeezing!

There is much truth in these words.

I'm not much of a candy eater, but I surely do love these things. They keep rotating the flavors, which is bad, but they are full of sour goodness, which is good.

Those are indeed quite good.

Reluctant though I am to cross the Emisary I have to say I do not think that counts as new - or indeed a food.

I enjoy ALL of the Tofutti Cuties "Ice Cream" Sandwiches but the KEY LIME is just INCREDIBLE!

I've never had the Key Lime, but I hate Key Lime, so I'd probably hate them.

However all the ones I have had I've loved.

Key Lime, weird, cool. I wanna try it.

That volcano stuff sounds interesting. Don't know where I'd find that in our neck of the woods, though.

I like shrimp crackers from the oriental market. Last time I had the chance to get some was during a trip to Texas to visit my brother's family a few months back. The crunchy English peas with wasabi were pretty good too.

Is pizza new? 'cause I like that quite a bit.

I like these. But I wish the sour wasn't in the form of a powder coating. I await the day of fully integrated sour technology.

Pizza is not new, but I will point out that we like Domino's thin pizza -- it came out within the past few years. It's so thin, it's like a cracker. We call it cracker pizza. As in "You want to get a pizza?" "I don't know . . . regular or cracker pizza?"

I suppose that's true. The common phrase is "food and water," after all.

And yeah, there's nothing new about water.
