Grant Morrison's take just slightly edges out the original 60s version. The rest of the choices are far below those two for me.

I enjoyed the Joe Staton revival in the Bronze Age, but I prefer the early 60s stuff over anything else that followed.
But I did enjoy the TV series as well, so I wasn't totally against new ideas.

Love those! I'd never seen them before.
Thanks.

The original, because it's the original, and because it's the only version I really know.

If you haven't read the recent-ish Young Animal version by Gerard Way, it's very good.

Gerard Way needs to go back and finish "Umbrella Academy," that fat lazy fuck.

I thought he was a little too indebted to Morrison's run. I still enjoyed it though.

What, Way has been writing the Doom Patrol when he could have been writing more Umbrella Academy? Why?

I hope you've all watched the live action Doom Patrol. It's very Grant Morrison esque and overall was very good.

I'm not always a huge Morrison fan, but it was a pretty good series, I thought.
I was picking up each season as they came out on disc.

That and Peacemaker and Superman & Lois and Legends of Tomorrow are easily the top 4 DC live action shows.

Barely read any of them outside of the 60s version, but I feel like you usually can't beat the OG.
