The Wishlist tour started last fall and is still running, so it's the current version of the band. It's vaguely described in the promotional material as a "compilation of live tracks", recorded at multiple concerts, but apparently all by the current lineup.

The current price at Amazon USA is for shipment from Amazon Japan. You could wait until the release date (more likely, a week after) for domestic stock from either Amazon or a third party seller.
