I was lucky enough to meet him a few times. He was always incredibly nice to this fan, and my wife. Saw him performing those Badfinger
classics for the final time last July. Legend.

Bringing in Joey Molland as a fourth singer and songwriter was the final piece of the puzzle. The Joey era albums, No Dice through Wish You Were Here, were an elite run.

I enjoyed his outings with the "It Was Fifty Years Ago Today – A Tribute to the Beatles' White Album" Tour and his appearances with the Happy Together Tours over the years at Westbury Music Fair. He always got a big reaction from the crowd.
RIP Joey.
