"Henry V." When I first saw it many years ago (One of the relatively few movies I've ever seen on the big screen), I finally realized just how good Shakespeare is when well-performed.

"Hamlet" was impressive too, although it makes you realize why Shakespeare's longest play is usually abridged. It's a slog to get all the way through.

Not mentioned is "Shackleton," a made-for-TV movie about Shackleton's 1914 Antarctic expedition. It's impressively done, and pretty faithful to history from what I recall of accounts of the expedition that I've read.
