[2024-10-04] Neil Young "Freedom", "Ragged Glory (Expanded)", "Weld" and "Arc" remasters (Reprise)

These are not just individual releases from the 2023 NY ORS series 22,23+,24&25 box? Or was there another remaster done?

why:

did he add the disc 3 to 'ragged glory' this time but not originally?

is 'interstate' on this and not on 'broken arrow'?

does the horrific and pathetic 'weld' (very close to being as bad as 'a letter home') get its own release....and for $14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh well......this is an easy one............DO NOT BUY.

Are you seeing a different listing re RG re a 3rd disc? Looking at the track listing matches from the 2023 box (though the listing seems to indicate to be one disc versus the 2 discs in the box).

yes, one disc rather than 2 separate discs.

the 30 minutes of feedback one........whichever that is.........i can say with conviction that i listened to about 3 seconds of it and never touched it again.....................and absolutely never will.

Yeah that’s Arc. Weld is a 2-disc live album originally released with Arc. Weld is arguably my favorite live album of all time.

I like Arc as well, but can totally understand why most don’t. Can be compared to Lou Reed’s Metal Machine Music.
