So, not the movie on the Blu? Did it ever get released on Blu - I have the DVD. Recently playing on HBO and I stumbled on it, and just was once again swallowed into watching to the end.

The new restoration was released on Blu-ray and 4K a few months ago by A24 Films. They're pricey deluxe collector's editions.

A24 is an independent film studio and distributer that has a far more diverse slate than just horror.

They're an indie. Odd is what they do. That's the market niche they fill.

Understood and known. Just a joke, but if needed to be explained maybe not so funny or folks are too serious.

Ah, I figured it was a joke, but I think they're generally best known for their horror output (Everything Everywhere All at Once notwithstanding) so wanted to explain. I probably didn't need to post that, but hey, Renny got to see what type of films they have!

Since I wasted everyone's time with this and my previous reply, I will (hopefully) make up for it by posting some useful information. Here's the description for the Collector's edition:

No worries at all. Actually I was surprised at some of the other titles they have been involved with outside my juvenile preference of horror! What really surprised me is how (moderately) expensive the Blu is, and not too many options of where to buy. Made me wonder if it is a limited release. Looking forward to the CD release though.
