Oh, well the subject of the sentence was "He," as if you were critiquing Jerry Seinfield's observations (which are very on-point, I think).
I suspected, in candor, that you were a little bit not-in-agreement with Jerry Seinfeld's "complaints." But if you were instead "literally" laughing about the headline, and how poorly drafted it was, then so be it.
