The album was originally released in 1973. It was the band’s last album with original guitarist Eric Bell and the first to feature the artwork of Jim Fitzpatrick.

This LP was Thin Lizzy putting all they had into the music and taking risks. It’s passionate, high energy and distinctive.

To celebrate the album’s golden anniversary the deluxe remastered CD set featuring rarities, radio sessions, unreleased music, rare photos, extensive sleevenotes by Mark Blake, and memorabilia across 4 CDs and hardback book.

I was just here to post this.

My jaw is agape, although I have virtually all of this material.

The price is exorbitant, and I can’t consider it right now.

This was the best album by far of the Eric Bell trio era.

There is still so much love for Thin Lizzy, and the releases never stop!

A 2 CD version would be nice, although there already is one from 2010 or so, but not with all this material.

On some days, "Cruising In The Lizzymobile" is my favorite Thin Lizzy song.

That’s an odd one.

Only used as a b-side in Germany.

Cool guitar work from Bell.

Not even in my Top 50 Lizzy songs, but it has its charms!

I love Thin Lizzy and have most of their CDs but I am very surprised about this box. It has some great songs but a lot of filler as well. Would be interesting to hear in 5.1
