I am partial to the Clue movie. I even watched it in the theatre on release. (Pretty sure my $4 was the gross box office for it.)
Runners up would be the Lego Movie and Mars Attacks.

I've only seen the 1980s G.I. Joe and Transformers movies, since back then I'd watch pretty much anything animated that I had the chance to see. The G.I. Joe one was better, in a relative sense.

I went with MOTU, since it was basically the New Gods, and the only real not good thing about it was that troll wizard. Damned annoying.

I thought about the 1986 TRansformers movie, but once you get past the shock of the first act, the move is really paint by numbers. Killer soundtrack, though

I didn't realize Mars Attacks was based on a toy, and it had its moment.

The rest of them, I have a hard time thinking of as "good" versus best.

Once this is done, we should put together a poll of best movies based on a video game, so we can determine if anyone on this board can identify a single good movie...

It's not, it's actually based on a Topps card set, but I didn't think it was really worth quibbling over.

If "Clue" is on the list, then "Clue" gets my vote.
