Since I love Gwen so much, especially the Romita version, I wish they would reprint these in English

Yeah, it would be great to see some new (to us) vintage Spider-Man stories that fit into the Lee/Ditko/Romita era.

That's an intriguing article, Allen. I'd love to read those issues (in English). Marvel really should reprint them.

Wonder how many localized versions of "Spider-Man" have been done in other countries over the years? I know I've seen a manga version. And some years back there was a "Spider-Man: India" mini published in the U.S. I recall Bryan Hibbs observing how that one's sales dropped off dramatically after the first issue, as retailers suspected that one issue was "enough to satisfy curiosity" for those who tried it.

Why not license it everywhere, good sense.
