Supergrass’ hugely successful third album, often referred to as ‘The X-ray Album’, was released on 20 September 1999. It reached #3 in the UK album charts and #13 in the US Billboard, and has amassed over 300,000 sales in the UK alone since its release. Includes the hit singles ‘Pumping On Your Stereo’ (UK #11), ‘Moving’ (UK #9), ‘Mary’ (UK #36).

This deluxe re-issue comes as a 2CD digipak containing the remastered album plus studio out-takes, never before heard demos, B-sides, rare live tracks and exclusive 2022 remixes: two re-imagined singles by John Leckie and Mick Quinn, two remixed deep cuts by Mick Quinn and John Cornfield. Includes a 20-page booklet featuring band photos, original single artwork and new sleeve notes by Charles Shaar Murray.

Unlike the first two instant pleasures, the third album took a while to grow on me. Ended up loving this, and will definitely be adding this to my collection.

I've added a packshot to the first post, and also updated the tracklist for CD2 (the bonuses) which had some incorrect descriptions on BMG's solicitiation, and consequently is wrong all over the Internet. Now in our thread it shows exactly what's on the disc, transcribed from my own copy.

(And I recommend this reissue highly -- it sounds great and collects up every stray 'Grass track from that time period.)
