Saw a rumor today that this is from 1977. Fingers crossed.

Alan is right -- this is a 1977 concert, confirmed by the images I've put into the first post.
Also now in the first post is the full tracklist, brought to us by Jason Michael.
Still waiting for the pre-order link to become active at Amazon USA.

This is right around the time I first saw them at MSG so the set list is very similar. My favorite era of KISS. So I’m in.

I paid $12 to see them at The Garden and remember the spectacle and it was LOUD! Way before I would wear ear protection and I had to exit my seat and go into the concession area to give my ears a break. I was 17 back then.

Then When they came back in '79, the tix were $9.75 and $10.75. I remember thinking, "Wow! Tickets are getting expensive!"

Adjusted for inflation, $10.75 in 1979 money would be $43.28. You can't even see a KISS tribute band for that kind of money! Well, I suppose you could, but...

Of course, but the price of a ticket was still within affordability even though you were working PT.

First time I saw Kiss, tix were $11. There's nothing at the merch table for that price anymore. Tour shirts were $7.

Reviews I've read about this one haven't been too kind. Performance-wise, it's good. The sound is what folks are griping about...... almost mono-sounding.
