Other than the old Superfriends show, the only thing “Wondertwins” makes me think of is that panel someone drew of the underground fight club with all the cartoon heroes watching the two monkeys fight.

I remember the old Wizard Magazine April Fool's bit with the Wonder Twins, back when DC was putting out those oversized tabloid GNs by Paul Dini and Alex Ross of the various superheroes. They announced a fake volume of the series called Wonder Twins: Form of Water (to go along with Superman: Peace on Earth, Batman: War on Crime, and so on) that I think even had actual Alex Ross artwork showing the WT and a rabid-looking Gleek who was going crazy from a sudden shortage of water on Earth.
Good stuff.

No. It was revealed in the SUPER FRIENDS comic book that he was the son of the Diana Prince who gave Wonder Woman her identification papers when she came to the US. Wendy was revealed to be the niece of one of the detectives who trained the young Bruce Wayne.
