Hey, I didn't know Filmation did a Hawkman show! They also did the Atom, Green Lantern, the Flash, the Justice League and the Teen Titans!

Is it just me or is there something a little off about Hawkman?

I can't believe this made it to production!

Also, what was with the needless changes Filmation made to the Flash, Kid Flash, and The Atom's costumes? The changes are for the worse and I can't believe DC approved these. I can understand simplifying stuff, like removing the stars from Wonder Girl's shorts or the stripes from Wonder Woman's boots -- but these are just odd, odd creative choices. I get if the lightning designs were too much work for the start-up Filmation, but just change it to stripes, not yellow gloves.

Bannings: If you're not nice
That DVD is missing two Justice League Of America and two Teen Titans cartoons. It really needs to be redone, along with the other '60s Filmation DVDs, for 4K and Blu-ray.

The cartoons are great fun, though. And I liked the costumes.

Yeah, that one is fun. I like how closely they adhered to Curt Swan's art in the designs... unlike the makers of the documentary, who used 80s JLGL art to talk about how big he was in the 60s...

Superman will always look like the Curt Swan version in my mind's eye.
