Why don't they do a Miles Morales Spider-Man, Miles is firmly ensconced with the Spider-verse movie -- they'll probably do several more animated features with him. Totes 'sconced.

Sony's desperate attempts to make Spider-Man spinoff characters into franchises is sad.  I guess it's the price we pay to allow Disney/Marvel to keep using Spidey in the MCU.

If Sony were smart, they'd pattern themselves off the MCU format and have some interconnectedness in their movies. Introduce Madame Web in a different movie before giving her her own. Test drive, so to speak. See how audiences respond, etc.
