I was actually at this show, but my memory is a little fuzzy. First, I believe that Todd performed before Joe. This is because Todd's sound system was way too loud for the venue and I would have walked out if I had already seen Joe perform. I do remember ETHEL as they were strange but interesting to listen to.

I saw this tour in Cincinnati. Even though it's a "grey market" release, I'll definitely pick this up.

Pretty sure Purple Pyramid is a legit label. They are the prog sublabel for Cleopatra Records.

That's right. Rundgren is currently signed to them. This release is licensed and fully above-board.

Yes, they're legit, though quality is not consistent in my experience.

Finally circled back around to this... the audio recordings are very good, although I would have preferred at least a few more tracks pairing Jackson with the Ethel string quartet.

The DVD is nice as a bonus, but while pro-shot it is not IMO really up to commercial release standards. Here's one of the shared encores as a sample.
