One too few . . .
I can't go on without there being a thread for Primal.
It's a cartoon by Genndy Tartakovsky, the guy who did Samarai Jack and Dexter's Laboratory.
There is no dialog. Spear is a Neanderthal, Fang is a T-rex. They have gory adventures, constantly rescuing each other from prehistoric beasts from all different epochs.

Yes, I watch it, like it, didn't know they were making or airing more yet. I better pay closer attention to what they are showing to make sure they are not new ones. I will want to see those. Of course, one should overlook the fact humans and T-Rex and such didn't live at the same time - although, this might not be earth, or could be set up in some other ways. It doesn't really matter, though, since it's fun to watch and no one is claiming scientific accuracy.

I found because I subscribe to DISH, I could watch them on-line for free. Subscriptions to other services might allow one to do the same.
I rewatched #1 - the tale of both their tragic losses of their families and how they bonded with one another.
Then I watched the last of season 1, #5. I had forgotten the moment of incrediblization. I don't know why those ape men were so enraged to begin with but they had hate in their eyes. Wow. And what a sophisticated culture they had for ape men, too. More advanced that Spear's own.
Then I watched #6 and #7.
#6 was touching, though a little hard to believe he could move Fang like that with just his muscle power.
#7 was disgustingly horrifying. Zombi is right - what a nasty disease that was.
I have #8 on DVR yet but I'll watch those later. Maybe I can get 6 and 7 on DVR and watch them with my brother John yet.
I think #7 was clearly the most horrifying one yet.
A diseased Dino, driven mad, sick, festering, gaping, open wounds, but it kept going and going like a Terminator. It can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear and it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.
Its only goal was to kill anything and everything it could catch - not to eat, but just to kill it. Mine Got! And just when you think it was finally done - it kept going. Nothing would kill it - so it was like a zombie since it was almost already dead or oblivious to pain. I'd say it was freakishly supernatural. Spear and Fang were lucky to get away unscathed since even a tiny scratch might have zombified them, too.

Hanzo, it is very Kirby-esque in the way it mish-mashes different kinds of creature-civilizations. A lot like Devil Dinosaur and Kamandi (though it is primordial past, not future).

I guess the episode I have on DVR is Plague of Madness, #7, but it's listed as #8 there. DISH often seems to get such numbers wrong. Oh well.
FYI, #8 has not aired yet (ever). They come out each Sunday night (super late). And FYI, they dorked up the numbering of 6 and 7 in my channel listing. It seems to be a labeling problem from the source. They got the titles right on the episodes, but got the numbering wrong. The one numbered 7 in Youtube TV should be watched after 5. You seemed to have watched them in the correct order.

Then I can't blame DISH if somebody else mucked up the episode numbers.
NETFLIX also has been putting season numbers out of order. Chanel 2 describes one show but play a totally different one. It probably happens a lot in many places. It seems a simple thing, but I guess getting the episode numbers right just isn't that important to some people.
Anyway, John only missed one episode then and not two. Maybe he'll want to watch them now instead of hoping their air season 2 again in short order since there are only 5 episodes.

And Episode 5-6 are a cliffhanger set, and are the only ones that really need to be watched in order. (Other than watching the first episode first, I guess).
