My small list(includes stuff I saved from last week):

DC:

Blood of the Demon #2 - Need I say more.

Marvel:

Incredible Hulk #80 - Part 4(of 5), Lee Weeks and Palmer.

Spectacular Spider-Man #26 - Only one more issue of this title after this, right?

Ultimate FF #17 - We'll see how much longer this story lasts.

Ultimate Secret #1 - Maybe they'll eventually show U. Galactus by issue 4

Misc:

Freaks Hardcover - Bruce Jones and Berni Wrightson, in glorious B&W.

Robert K. Live from Austin :P

Blood of the Demon 2: still strong: liked the guest apperance at the end and enjoyed the action scenes..Etrigan is one tough customer..! The fight with the elder god was shorter than expected though...8/10

Ult ff 17: action issue - nice art and fast paced. Mind you i missed some of the crazy sci-fi science that has been the staple of the last few issues...8/10

Punisher 19: a little weak..ive been enjoying this run tremendously but this issue seems to be treading old ground...we'll see where it goes I trust Ennis to deliver the goods...nice art especially that last shot of Frank all pissed off....7/10

Y the last man 32: great read: love the new characters (especially the ship captain..very cool). Great dialogue and a great cliffhagner as usual...9/10

Walking Dead 17: Wow..great issue..Rick really does go nuts...not an exageration...that last page made me gasp...pretty harsh but hey running from zombies 24/7 will make any sane man go medieval...literally...10/10

7 Soldiers : Zatanna #1: yet again I hesitated to buy this but yet again Morrison won me over...great dialogue and lots of cool supporting characters...I LOVED the set up at the end which I guess will be the hook of the series...sorceress and apprentice...very cool...Morrison continues to impress with 7 soldiers...8/10

Losers 22: my favorite book and this issue yet again shows why: motrocycle chases throughout London, shoot outs, espionage and fast paced fun...Ben Oliver's art is a little too dark and muddled at points but overall a great comic...10/10

Jimbeaux? Are you still making those comic purchase charts? (And if so, can you post it in this board's format like you used to do at Net54?)

You used to post charts back in the day showing what books you were purchasing. (When you were playing with XML and such.) I was wondering if you still made those, and if so, if they would format correctly on this board.

Yes. I'd post my pull list.

They'll work here IF the table HTML tags are 'turned on.'

...

And I'm thinking they are because Dan's 'Movie List' is in a table. (I think.)

Hmmm.let's see if tables work:

<TABLE BORDER="1"><TR><TD>Blood of the Demon #2</TD><TD>A lot more gory than I expected, but I really enjoyed the issue.</TD></TR><TR><TD>Great Lakes Avengers Misassembled #1</TD><TD>Not bad at all. It started out as sort of a dark comedy and then ended with a serious problem. I liked Money Joe's periodic commentaries</TD></TR><TR><TD>Seven Soldiers: Zatanna #1</TD><TD>Again, not bad, but in typical Morrison fashion, I found myself lost somewhere in the middle of the book.</TD></TR><TR><TD>Green Lantern Rebirth: #5</TD><TD>This is the first issue of this series that I really didn't care for.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Yep. Tables work.

Here is a list of the comics I got last time in a table.

<table border ='1'><tr><th>Name</th><th>Issue</th></tr><tr><td>Concrete: Human Delemma</td><td>#4/6</td></tr><tr><td>Daredevil</td><td>#71</td></tr><tr><td>Doom Patrol</td><td>#10</td></tr><tr><td>Grim Jack</td><td>#3</td></tr><tr><td>LoSH</td><td>#4</td></tr><tr><td>Pulse, The</td><td>#8</td></tr><tr><td>Secret War</td><td>#4/5</td></tr><tr><td>X 23</td><td>#4</td></tr><tr><td>Xmen, Astonishing</td><td>#9</td></tr></table>
And here is the html code used to create the table. (It's not pretty.)

Except you would spell 'boarder' as 'border'

(Stupid spelking!)

One more tip: It's common for these html engines to turn hard returns in to 'break' tags and your table can have a bunch of extra space around it. To prevent that you need to strip out all the hard returns in your html code - so the code would be one long line. (Exactly NOT the way I posted the code!)

:)

Oh yeah, this is what the tags mean:

table - start and end the table
th - table header
tr - table row
td - table data

Have fun!

Y: The Last Man #32 --Thirty-two straight quality issues... reliable, but never predictable. My #1 read month in month out. When this is over at #60, what will I do??? The captain is a great new character... can't wait to see how this storyline plays out. Also, the love scene was very nicely done. 10/10

Marvel Team Up #7 -- Quickly flipped through this last night. Looks like another fun issue. Can you go wrong with Moon Knight? Even though I'm hot and cold on his art, Kolins looks real good here. Kirkman writes a fun Spidey. Gut rating: 8/10

GL: Rebirth #5 -- I enjoyed this. Since the focus was primarily on the Hal/Sinestro fight (at least for the first half of the book), I felt it was adequately done, but could have featured more of an epic struggle than what was depicted. The latter part of the book was okay... is Parallax controlling Batman? That would be interesting. Not that he could do anything to Hal per se, but maybe he'll understand the power of Parallaxand Hal's inability to control it back when he went loco. In all, this was another good issue, but IMHO a bit weaker than the previous ones. I guess the build up to Hal's return was what I enjoyed and now that he's back, the mind-blowing stuff is over. Now we're back to business. 8/10

GLA: Misassembled #1 -- Pretty good read. I think the first page from the preview and the appearance of Monkey Joe really threw me off when I first saw it. Honestly, Squirrel Girl and Grasshopper do nothing for me based on that first page. I'm a little iffy on Monkey Joe too, but he did have some good lines in there. That said, this was an interesting read and I'm curious to see how it evolves. The background to Mr. Immortal was particularly intriguing and the formation of the GLA was fun -- I see how Leather Boy might have misinterpreted that ad. Ha! Ultimately though, I wasn't sure what Slott was trying for here. The balancing act between tragic and slapstick is a tricky one and I'm not sure yet how everything will come together... but I have faith. Hm. Oh yeah, the art was great. I'll pick up the next issue. 7/10

Oh yeah, Blood of the Demon was not available at my LCS. Buggers!
