I'm excited about this, of course, but where is Rattle and Hum?

I remember Target had a bonus cd with acoustic versions of a few tracks. I assume that they will be present here.

All pre-order links in the first post are now active! (The large Super Deluxe box is very enticing, because the smaller 2CD Deluxe Edition only includes some of the "Elevation" concert, and none of the B-sides or outtakes.)

A proper remaster of Zooropa would be nice. Strangely, I enjoy that album.

They skipped over Rattle and Hum and Pop.

I believe Zooropa was remastered in the deluxe box of Achtung, Baby but I’m not sure.

Either way, that deserved it’s own release.

Yeah, you had to buy a 10-disc deluxe edition to get it.

And they released a vinyl version in 2018 that has two bonus tracks, remixes of "Lemon (The Perfecto Remix)" and "Numb (Gimme Some More Dignity Remix)". Why couldn't they issue an expanded CD at the same time?

Yep, I read that on Wikipedia. So, I bet some day it'll be released on CD.... maybe when I'm 77 yrs old.

My entry into U2 was Achtung, Baby. Naturally, I grabbed Zooropa when it came out. I like that album except for the two tracks you mentioned. After all these years, I detest them. The rest of the album is pretty good, especially the title track.

Also, I bought VHS concert ZooTV and the DVD when it came out. That show had/has some balls to it. Too bad it was filmed in 4:3

Track list is a fail. The live show is simply the audio of the dvd released 19 years ago. I’ve got versions of every one of these songs except for one, which is a cover.

Looks like this 5 disc set has 6 of the 7, missing the “Walk On” single.


Alternatively, you may be thinking of the Best Buy exclusive of the “Elevation - Live in Boston” dvd set. It had a bonus cd with “Beautiful Day”, “Gone”, and “I Will Follow”. All 3 of these songs are on this 5-cd set, but “Gone” is missing from this 2-cd version.

I'm almost positive it was at Target and the one track I remember specifically was the acoustic "Stuck..."
