Amalgam might be one of my favorite comic events. The main miniseries is completely forgettable, but the one-shots that spun out of it were brilliant.
So, which of the Amalgam books was your favorite? To jog your memory, here's a list.
Amazon: John Byrne
Assassins: Chichester/McDaniel
Doctor Strangefate: Marz/Garcia-Lopez/Nowlan
JLX: Jones/Waid/Porter
Legends Of The Dark Claw: Hama/Balent
Super Soldier: Waid/Gibbons
Bruce Wayne, Agent Of S.H.I.E.L.D: Dixon/Nord
Bullets & Bracelets: Ostrander/Frank
Magneto & The Magnetic Men: Jones/Matsuda
Speed Demon: Mackie/Felder/Larroca
Spider-Boy: Kesel/Wieringo
X-Patrol: Kesel/Kesel/Cruz
Bat-Thing: Hama/Damaggio/Sienkiewicz
Dark Claw Adventures: Ty Templeton/Rick Burchett
Generation Hex: Milligan/Pollina
JLX Unleashed: Priest/Oscar Jiminez
Lobo The Duck: Grant/Semeiks
Super Soldier : Man Of War: Waid/Gibbons/Palmiotti
Challengers of the Fantastic: Kesel/Grummett
Exciting X-Patrol: B. Kesel/Hitch/Neary
Iron Lantern: Busiek/Smith
Magnetic Men Featuring Magneto: Peyer/Kitson/Panosian
Spider-Boy Team-Up: "R.K. Sternsel" - aka Stern/Kesel/Ladronn
Thorion Of The New Asgods: Giffen/Romita Jr.
Also, what Amalgam would you like to see?

From the first go-round: Super-Soldier was my fave followed VERY closely by Doctor Strangefate.
From the second go-round: Challengers of the Frantastic was my fave followed by Iron Lantern.
Amalgams I'd like to see? Howzabout the JSI: The Justice Society of Invaders. Or maybe the Suicide Thunderbolts. Or the New Teen Warriors.

Tough call, because it's been such a long time since I read them. I remember that I liked the Super-Soldier and Spider-Boy books a lot.

Amalgams I'd like to see:
The Doomed Four (FF and Doom Patrol)
Man of Iron (Iron Man and Superman)

Asking me what my favorite Amalgam comic was is like asking me who was the smartest of the Three Stooges.

Matt, I collected all the Amalgam stuff, but my favourites were Dr. Strangefate and Lobo the Duck.

I found that the Strangefate comic was head and shoulders above the rest.
Though I always give credit to Byrne for drawing an actual shot of Baton Rouge as his establishing shot, instead of just drawing a generic city.

I never read any of these, but I remember that Bruce Wayne, Agent of SHIELD was a concept I really liked just from reading the name. (Were his parents killed by HYDRA in this version?) And I saw some of the Strangefate art in the JLGL appreciation thread; very nice. I may have to check a few of these out.
