Apologies if this series has already been mentioned, but I bought and read the Jethro Tull title and loved it.

I've since ordered and received 13 or 14 more titles, from the Beatles to the Stones, to Yes and Blue Oyster Cult, to Elton John and ELP.

Loads more on the horizon as well. I wish they had some funk artists, though.

Found all of them at AmazWan. :D

I've linked the specific artists Dan mentioned in his post above. Clicking on any of them will also show a bunch of other titles in this series.

I was able to get all of the in-print books within 2 or 3 days, except for the Steely Dan, which is from a 3rd party seller - should have it within 2 weeks.

Oddly, there are references to a King Crimson edition that was supposed to have been released a while back, but I'm guessing it was scrapped or postponed.

After you posted this thread this morning I wanted the King Crimson book and couldn't track it down. I posted on SonicBond (the publisher)'s Facebook page asking about it and this is their reply:

Hi Jason - the title was abandoned, unfortunately, due to objections from the King Crimson organisation. Hope that helps.

I suspected as much. Oh well. Thanks for investigating!
