Rick Nielsen just said in a radio interview that they're finishing up the album now and it should be released late 2018 or early 2019. You can listen to the full interview below:

It’s very cool they are on BMG and have such respect now after years of neglect.
They released 3 studio albums in a little over a year in 2016-17 which nobody does anymore, and getting another one out is impressive, especially when these albums are good (and yes, that Christmas album was good).

I don't understand why artists or labels are delaying new titles because of Covid-19. I understand why new movies are delayed, but isn't most music purchased digitally or via a source like Amazon for physical product? With more people at home with little to do, I would think a new album to play would be welcomed.
The only reason I can come up with is the inability to tour in support of a new release, but I wonder if that is an old business model that may not be applicable these days.

It's actually the reverse. Albums come out to promote tours.

Did anyone get this ? I just returned from a record store and they told me it did not come out and was pushed back. So I get home and check Amazon and it says in stock ???

I think it's just the record that was delayed until June. Pretty sure the CD came out, because I got notification mine was shipped from AmazWAN.

Really enjoying Here Comes The Summer and Quit Waking Me Up a great one/two punch to start the album off! It should be the single of the Summer if were living back in 1980.
