Really?

The last time they tried this, almost 25 years ago, it flopped. What has happened since then to convince studios this is a good idea?

Robert Evans is a posthumous producer. It shows how meaningful a credit is in Hollywood.

Wonder what my friend from college thinks of this. He signs his work “The Saint” like a middle name.

I remember seeing his name in a lot of comic letter columns back in the 80s.

Possibly where Jason recognizes it too.

Oh yeah, he used to write a lot of letters. Nice guy, if a little strange.

I did enjoy those radio episodes very much. I also have all the Roger Moore TV shows, but I've watched
only the first season.

There's also the movie series from the '30s starring George Sanders. One of them featured Bela Lugosi.

Well, let's not put too fine a point on it.

There was a 2017 movie also, which Roger Moore was also involved with (not as the Saint, but as a producer.). I liked it, but was disappointed that it stopped where it did. I'd be interested in seeing how this next incarnation goes. I quite enjoyed the Vincent Price radio version, and have about 20 episodes on Audible. The Roger Moore TV series really set the tone though.
