Unequivocally, the 1960s television series.

The two movie serials have merged together in my head, but those were quite good as I recall.
I enjoyed the TV series as well, but I would have to watch all three again to determine which one
was superior. I've listened to one radio episode. I completely avoided the newest movie. Fuck 'em.

The TV series from the 1960's is the definitive version in my mind. It was the first version of the character I ever saw, so it kind of stuck with me.
